What Makes Our Firm Unique?

The principal, Terry Stukalin, is a trusted advisor to health care management nationwide with 28-years of direct executive experience in health care.


Terry Stukalin’s consulting career began with Hospital Affiliates International (“HAI”) as their Regional Consultant, initially responsible for the clinical supervision of 20-hospitals.  Terry’s span of control increased and she was promoted to Corporate Consultant for all clinical services, supervising 70-hospitals from coast to coast.  HAI became HCA in 1981, at which time Terry opened her own consulting firm.  HCA was her first client.  In addition to recruiting key health care executives (permanent and interim), Terry’s expertise includes: evaluating and assessing clinical and business operations; redesigning the workplace; new program development; resource management surveys; and action plan development and implementation. 


Ms. Stukalin holds an undergraduate degree in nursing and a master’s degree in health education.  She is an accomplished public speaker and workshop presenter on topics that include “Redesigning the Workplace” and The Business of Nursing”.


Over 3,800 health care consulting projects and recruiting assignments completed nationwide.
